inadequate lighting kitchen noise
the staff were indeed helpful.
however, my room lacked adequate lighting, especially near the wardrobe area. i needed a torch to see the safe and air conditioning controls. the placement near the kitchen also caused some noise disturbance throughout my stay.

the breakfast was really good. it included both a buffet and À la carte options. i found the staff very attentive to guest needs during breakfast hours.
the in-room safe instructions were not initially clear.

The hotel staff were helpful! They balanced professionalism with a friendly demeanor. The room was very spacious. It had a balcony that looked over to Table Mountain.
The light next to the bed did not turn all the way off when I flipped the switch! I had to unscrew the light bulb each night. Paint chipped off the corners of the walls. The shower grout had some mold.

clogged drain missing items
i liked the location near the waterfront. the room was not fully cleaned daily. the shower drain was clogged somewhat and filled with water. items like the shower cap and soap weren't replaced daily, either..

paint chips shower drain
I found some issues . There were paint chips on the walls corners. The shower drain was slow, causing water to pool. The maintenance was somewhat lacking. I would expect a more thorough approach.
